As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team. As our Forward Deployed Engineer, you will:
Partner directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and operationalise agentic AI systems in their production environments.
Architect multi-agent orchestration pipelines that integrate LLMs with tools, APIs, and internal data sources.
Build and tune retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow automation, and autonomous agent frameworks tailored to each customer's stack.
Own the end-to-end technical relationship from solution scoping and prototyping through production rollout, observability, and continuous optimisation.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Strong software engineering background (Python and/or TypeScript) with a track record of shipping production systems.
Hands-on experience with agentic AI and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent), including tool-calling, planning, and memory.
Experience designing multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, evaluation, and guardrails for reliability and safety.
Cloud and DevOps proficiency (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).
Familiarity with vector databases, model APIs, observability/tracing, and MLOps practices.
Excellent customer-facing communication and the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions.
Python, Node.js, REST API, TypeScript, SQL; Kubernetes/cloud certifications a plus (e.g. CKA, AWS Solutions Architect); experience with tools like Terraform, LangSmith, or Weights & Biases.
At Cloud DevOps Ltd, you'll work directly on cutting-edge agentic AI deployments for real enterprise customers, not internal tooling, giving you ownership and impact that's hard to find elsewhere.
